OoNlinE SyStEmS IN Gongthung Mss as of 14/3/20
Gongthung Middle Secondary School, under Yangneer Gewog in Trashigang is Using all staff's personal MOBILES for official working activities in the school due to following ONLINE SYSTEMs instituted since 2018:
1. ONLINE ATTENDANCE: Whole school students daily attendance is taken and updated through personal mobile effectively since 2018.
2. ONLINE SECRET VOTING: Any voting amongst staff and for any nominations are done online through personal mobile.
3. ONLINE TOD REGISTER: Teacher on duty can keep the detail record of the whole day through mobile.
4. ONLINE STUDENT BIODATA COLLECTION: The class teacher can just fill up the bio data form through mobile.
5. OTHER IMMEDIATE DATA COLLECTION ONLINE: All staff can fill up any data and information demand by school administration through mobile.
6. CLASSROOM EVALUATION FORM ONLINE: The evaluator just fill up the form using mobile.
7. CLASS PLOT EVALUATION ONLINE: The evaluators can just fill up the form using mobile.
8. ONLINE HANDING TAKING FORM: All assets are being entered and handing taking through mobile.
9. ONLINE PERIODICAL ATTENDANCE: All teachers record the name of absentees and using mobile.
10. ONLINE STAFF BIO-DATA AND OTHER UPDATING RECORDS: All staff can fill up their Bio-data form using mobile and administrators can just keep the record of leave and all other information online using mobile.
11. CLUB ATTENDANCE ONLINE: Club coordinators take attendance using mobile and keep the detail records of the activities carried out on the same document.
12. ONLINE MARKS SUBMISSION FOR RESULT: All subject teacher can just fill up the result sheet online using mobile.
13. CONTINUOUS ASSESSMENT MARKS SUBMIT ONLINE: All teachers can submit CA marks using mobile.
14. ONLINE QUESTION PAPER SUBMISSION: All teachers can submit questions through online to exam committee for printing.
15. ONLINE MODERATION OF PAPERS IN DEPARTMENT WISE: Department members can moderate papers within the given time online.
16. SUBMIT BLUE PRINT ONLINE: Teachers can submit blue print online.
17. SUBMIT MODERATED PAPERS AS A RECORD ONLINE: Teachers can just upload online.
18. WEEKLY TEST TOPPERS SUBMISSION ONLINE: Teachers just fill up the form online using mobile.
19. SSAT AND SIP RATINGS: online rating
20. All activities carried out report submission online
21. LESSON PLAN SUBMISSION: online and monitors can verify and in online.
22. MINUTES OF MEETING: it is maintained online and accessible to all using moble.
23: HANDING TAKING OF GMSS ASSETS: all properties are recorded using online forms and handing taking can be done online using online haniding taking forms using personal mobile.
24. STATISTICS: all student and staff statistics are maintained online.
25. RECORD KEEPING AND REQUISITION OF CLASSROOM PROPERTIES: class teachers can just fill the online form for classroom properties and and requisitions can be done using online on mobiles.(w.e.f. 2020)
26: HAZARD HUNTS: class teachers and all incharge concerned can reform hazard hunts using mobile phones.

27. HOSTEL ATTENDANCE: Now Hostel managers can just take attendance using their mobile easily.
28. SCHOOL PROPERTY RECORD KEEPING ONLINE: incharges concerned can fill up the online form developed and total existing proerties can be automatically submitted to school administration and necessary actions can be taken immediately.
These many onlines are being implemented in Gongthung Middle Secondary school as of now (many more are in pipelines) could reduce lots of resources mainly papers, printer usage, catriage, energy, time saving and many more.
It could also make the school working system more efficient and improve our service delivery and it becomes much faster.
The school working environment became systematic and became silent, calm and swift working environment.
